Delicious Fall Cake

I found this recipe online and I made it. I was really skeptical because of the recipe but it really is delicious. Try it.

Pumpkin Cake

1 15 ounce can pumpkin puree
1 box of yellow cake mix

Mix well and pour into a 7x11 greased pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 28 minutes

For the glaze
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 Tablespoons apple cider
3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Mix together and pour half of the glaze on top of the cake. Dish the remaining on each individual piece of cake.

Note: this cake tastes best when hot.

Chocolate

I am a self proclaimed chocolate 'snob' chocolate has been consumed since 1100 BC but I argue that not all chocolate is created equal. Most of the chocolate Hershey's makes is very poor quality, I call it kid chocolate becuase it is chocolate you would give to a child that doesn't know the difference. It has a faint chocolate taste that is almost overwhelemed by a waxy texture and oily taste, very similar to semi-sweet chocolate chips. This stuff shouldn't be called chocolate because it isn't really.

Some better chocolate would be milk chocolate chips, Symphony Bars (they are the only decent 'chocolate' Hershey's makes) or the Toblerone bars. These have a smooth texture that melt when it reaches body temperature, which is what makes chocolate so divine. They also have a richer flavor. This chocolate is good, but it isn't the best.
The best chocolate I have ever had has been in England, Belgium and France. I don't know what they do differently to the chocolate but the flavor is the richest I have ever experienced. When I eat it I feel like life can't get better.
